On October 14th, 2020, the 2020 “Sharing Experience: Innovation for Response" online training and exchange event for national public resource trading platforms was officially launched under the guidance of the Department of Laws and Regulations of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC). The event was hosted by the State Information Center(SIC) for the purpose of interchanging and displaying the innovation and achievements in local public resource trading platforms, sharing typical experience, and promoting the in-depth integration of public resource trading platforms.

The training and exchange event for the innovation achievements of national public resource trading platform is an event for local public resource trading platforms to exchange ideas and experiences, and promote achievements for coordinated development. It has been held for the third consecutive year. Affected by the epidemic, the event was held online for the first time with 2 activities, namely, the training and promotion of “2019 Public Resource Trading Platform Innovation and Achievements”, and “Know more about the Trading Center”.

1. The training and promotion of “2019 Public Resource Trading Platform Innovation and Achievements”

Last October, the General Office of NDRC issued a document to collect the innovation and achievements of local public resource trading platform for the year 2019. One month later, 50 achievements recommended by relevant government departments and provincial public resource trading platforms were displayed at the SIC for observation and exchange. After experts’ recommendation and on-line voting, 12 achievements from the provinces of Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Fujian, Jiangxi, Chongqing and Sichuan, and cities of Dalian, Wuhu, Weifang, and Guangzhou were selected and rewarded as "Innovative Achievements of Public Resource Trading Platforms for the Year 2019". The main solutions, effects and experiences of these achievements were demonstrated by videos for other public resource trading platforms and industry professionals to learn and discuss.

2. “Know more about the Trading Center”.

After voluntary signing up, 16 trading centers in Beijing, Fuzhou, Shijiazhuang, etc. together will exhibit the highlights and innovation of public resource trading in terms of platform, highlight, experience, technique and expert interview, and carry out online communication and interaction, thus exhibiting achievements and promoting exchange and cooperation.
