Zhou Min, Vice President of SIC recently met with Keovisouk Solaphom, Vice Minister of Laos Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (LMPT), Saysana Sitthiphone, Vice President of the Laos-China Cooperation Committee and the delegation. Zhou Min first extended the warm welcome to the delegation. The staff from Public Technology Service Department introduced the construction and application of National E-Government Network and National Data Exchange and Sharing Platform. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics centering on the  e-government network infrastructure construction in Laos, and expressed the willingness to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries on the construction of digital government and data center.

Director of the Cabinet Office of LMPT and Director General of the National Internet Center of Laos accompanied the visit. Deputy Director-General Xu Chunxue and staff from the Public Technical Service Department and Comprehensive Management Department of SIC participated.
