SIC Vice President Zhou Min recently met with Juscelino Filho, Minister of Communications of Brazil and the delegation. Zhou Min extended a warm welcome to the delegation. He said that the SIC is a key supporting agency for informatization and development research in China, and the National E-Government Network(NEGN) is an important task undertaken by SIC. In recent years, under the condition of digitalization, the NEGN works as a key platform to enhance administrative efficiency, improve government service and optimize business environment.

Staff from Public Technology Service Department of SIC introduced the construction and application of the NEGN and National Data Exchange and Sharing Platform. Both sides also exchanged on projects such as network and cloud computing for Federal Government of Brazil, and expressed the willingness to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the field of digital infrastructure.

Officials from departments of Ministry of Communications of Brazil, Embassy of Brazil in China and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency accompanied the visit. Staffs from Comprehensive Management Department of SIC attended the meeting.
